Based on Uxbridge Road in Hanwell, we take contracts across Ealing, Hammersmith and their neighbouring districts.
Recent enquiries range from flat refurbishments in Shepherd's Bush and Fulham to shop fit-outs in Acton, Southall and West Ealing, and HMO upgrades in Greenford and Northolt. Period houses in Kensington, Notting Hill and Chiswick often need sensitive refurbishment, while Park Royal and Perivale bring more light-commercial work.
We also contract in Hammersmith, Brentford, Isleworth and Hanwell, and can usually arrange a site meeting within the week.

Questions clients ask when appointing a building contractor.
A main contractor takes overall responsibility for delivering the building work: planning the programme, employing or appointing the trades, buying materials, managing the site and handing over the finished project.
Yes. We regularly build to architects' and surveyors' specifications and can attend design meetings to advise on buildability and cost.
For most private projects we use a clear written contract setting out the scope, price, programme and stage payments. For larger jobs we can work with standard industry forms if your consultant prefers.
Payments are linked to stages or valuations of completed work, agreed in advance. We don't ask for large up-front sums for work that hasn't started.
Yes. We can phase the work, work out of hours and keep fire escapes and access routes open so the business keeps trading.
Yes. Converting a house into flats is a material change of use and needs Building Regulations approval for fire safety, sound insulation and more. Planning permission is usually needed too.
Changes are recorded as variations, priced and agreed in writing before the work goes ahead, so the final account isn't a surprise.
It depends on the size of the job and our current programme. We'll give you a realistic start date with your quote.
